You need to know all the licenses you will require from the state and the permits and ensure you acquire them all. Missing any of the required items will land you into problems with the authorities.

Different states have different requirements pertaining to companies offering services in the hauling or delivery business. Many states require that all trucks or vehicles that offer such services have special licenses while others require the trucks to have commercial license plates. It is therefore vital to know all the licenses, permits and insurances you are supposed to obtain before starting your business.

This ensures that you do not get into trouble with the authorities because of missing any one of them. Many clients also like to ensure that you have all the necessary licenses and insurances. It will therefore be difficult to get business if you miss any of them.
