A Look At The DiSC Profile

William Marston knew what he was doing when he created the DiSC profile. This is a test which determines a persons personality trait and it is sometimes right on target about individuals. There are four personality traits which someone will be categorized in.

Aggressive individuals who are control freaks in every sense of the word will more than likely fall into the Dominance group. Whenever there is a crisis going on these brave humans will take charge and try to put a stop to the disaster. They enjoy having as much power as they can get and nothing will stop them from getting to the top of the business world. A person like Bill Gates will more than likely fall into this category since he is one of the richest men in the world. Donald Trump will also be seen on this great team.

Men will tend to fall into this specific group more than women. A few women who seem to be in this group are often considered "witches" or a word that sounds the same. Unfortunately some of the dominant men will carry their assertiveness too far when they do things to hurt other people. Sometimes they will do this in order to get exactly what they want from others who are around them. Some men who mistreat women will normally integrate into this particular squad.

Problem solving individuals are part of the Inducement team and they can communicate with just about everyone. If there is a bad situation then these individuals will certainly handle it. It is in their best interest to keep peace among all human beings and to never let things get out of control.

They can deliver really impressive speeches to large crowds and they have never been shy with anyone. Many times this group will find themselves helping with situations that no one else can handle. Once they are brought into the discussion the problem is usually solved.

Individuals who seem to be very thoughtful and considerate of others will hang out with the Submission group. These are great and kind individuals who have patience when it comes to all situations among human beings. It is no surprise that this team of people will try to obtain careers in the education or medical field. Often they will display such gentle emotions that will amaze the individuals in the Dominance group.

Many individuals who are quite careful at what they say and do will more than likely find friendship with the Compliance group. The people in this group are not "risk" takers and they approach situations with extreme caution. Everything must be structured for them and there can really be no chaos in their lives.

The DiSC profile assessment is very important for everyone in today's society. This is the only way to determine which people are best suited for certain jobs. Many employers do not want a person doing hospitality work if they fall into the Dominance category. Each individual can easily be matched to certain jobs because of this program.
