One more year has passed by, but one thing remains, the annual Naples Wine Tasting which is held each year since beginning in 2001. The gala helps raise cash for at-risk and under privileged kids. Since the initial gathering, the affair has raised a whopping $94.5 million bucks for charities and other giving affiliations. The event lets the people, not only in Naples, but the whole Southwest Florida region give back to their communities by helping the new generation of kids have a secured future. Folks from all backgrounds, and the wealthy come to this event to appreciate prize-winning chefs and stunning wine sampling.
This three-day event kicks off with an easy tour of the charities and associations which will receive the donations from auctions. This is a terrific way to introduce the donors to the superb organizations they will be assisting with their generosity.
The first night is finished with complimentary Naples limo service provided by companies all across south Florida for the guests to be swept away for classy dining in one of the 17 stately and personal houses in Naples. Their dinners include the best selection in both celebrity chefs and twinned with similarly excellent quality wines introduced by true vintner.
The second half the event began on the stunning grounds of the Ritz-Carlton Golf Resort, where bidding happened for a top-lined wine auction. With winning bids on selected wines varying from $130,000 to $400,000, I believe this event has raised the bar of charity auctions once more. Auction prizes also included a spread of travel packages and surprising riches. At the end of a grand night of gala, visitors of the Naples Wine Tasting attend an enchanting soiree at the Mercato.
The closing ceremonies included a brilliant celebration brunch. Having made another annual success by raising $12 million for NCEF (Naples Children& Education Foundation), it was then time to say bye to friends and event hosts. This is a great reminder to everyone that this achievement can only be made feasible by the giving of sponsors and donors. And I will strongly agree that yes, this event has dramatically influenced the prospects on these youngsters in need, making their dreams one step closer.
