Birthday parties are the best occasions to gather all your friends and family on one place. And there is no better way of making such occasions even more exciting than making glorious birthday fireworks when the night comes. You can leave the whole thing to professionals, if you can afford it, or you can do everything yourself. There are so many great firework products today, and you will surely find something interesting.

Fireworks are great, but they shouldn't last more than say, five minutes. It will be perfectly enough to make things more exciting, and your guests will surely appreciate it. If the weather is poor, there are some indoor fireworks that could be interesting to children, but outdoor ones are the real thing.

Cakes are sets that are usually packed in boxes. They look more than attractive and are very popular. It is very important to set the cake upwards, on a stable surface. If you set the box on the ground, you should hammer in a bar or rod and secure a box with adhesive tape. Otherwise the box could turn over and shoot its content to the audience.

Another popular types are candles. Considering their shape, they should be well secured. They come with rocket tubes that can be inserted into ground, but it is a very good idea to attach those tubes to secured wooden stakes instead. If you plan larger number of candles, wooden rocket racks are very practical. This way you will be able to light them all at once.

Mines are tube shaped and they also have to be firmly supported. If they have to be partially buried, always bury them in the ground, not in some pot, because they can be quite dangerous. When it is instructed to attach the mine to an upright stake, keep in mind the bottom should be firmly on the ground.

Wheels and fountains are really special. Wheels should be placed high, maybe on a fence post, or some other high place. They come with supplied nail. Hammer the nail and make sure the wheel spins without troubles. Fountains look great, and should be placed on the ground. They come in all sizes, and you can use them even if you have a very small garden. Just make sure your guests are far enough, and always read the instructions very carefully.

Lanceworks are for skilled firework experts, because so many things can go wrong, if you aren't careful enough. You should carefully assemble them on the ground, and place them on some high position. Double check to make sure all letters are positioned as they supposed to be. Tricky to assemble, but very effective.Don't forget to take all measures of precaution.

If you plan to do everything by your own, prepare some other things. For example, a good hammer, torches, lighters, safety clothing and a few stakes. It might be a good idea to have a first aid kit with you as well, just in case. Your guests will love your beautiful birthday fireworks, and you will enjoy every minute of it. You just have to make sure everything is properly prepared.
