I want to reply to a certain question that I acquired from a viewer. It's really good concern. And I decided to go with this as the truth is that this one here will unquestionably surely resolve much of the questions that people have been asking me. Okay the dilemma is is that, "It's difficult dealing with people you don't see and there's always the anxiety that the person you're employing don't measure up to the task given. Your own life of it or pay is dependent upon him. If he is doing an awful job, you suffer he doesn't. Again, he may start well and then continue to slack on, slack later on. To create a business you have to get steady in good service or products plus you should have managed the backup team. How could you moderate your virtual staff?"

Now, it's an interesting dilemma on how do you control them. The short answer is you can't. Unluckily, there are no methods that you can just basically get behind them and move them, doing or telling them exactly what to do. Though, what you can try is to give them the right restrictions and also too, supply them with the objectives and also too to motivate and support them.

Basically If I was in a position as a staff, the worst thing I'm going to do is to have my boss over my back and saying you have to do this, you get to do this, you get to do that. That's probably the hardest situation that you could do for a worker considering that the truth is it's very, very demotivating and it looks like as though the boss is just telling them what to do. Now I'm not saying that in a tough way but that's true. It occurs on the job all the time.

It's the way of thinking behind this on the way to get your team to be monitored in the proper way and to encourage and help them to do what they desire to do best. I had this challenge when I first started and as I've got a mentor, he also helps me with comprehending the whole counseling process and also changing the attitude, he provided some tippers so I thought I'd share these tippers with you because they're really powerful and it made a significant difference to my company. The first tip Let me share with you is one, ensure that you do set the boundaries with your virtual staff. It's great that you hire them and you say to them that you know, this is your job that's it. But if you don't set the limitations, they won't know what the consequences are and it's all about the theory of making sure that they realize that if the work is not done, here's the outcomes so it's the pain and pleasure concept.

In the beginning you want to certainly commit a bit of time studying this process, coaching them and giving them the proper work that needs to be done but if they understand their obligations, you can have free of mind in order to do that. So that's most important, limitations is essential. Second thing that I found that's vital is to include an incentive. So there's a pain now there's a delight. If they presented 5 days sooner I provide them with those 5 days cleared to enable them to take that time off and they can enjoy it with their family, doing anything they want. So essentially on their behalf, it's a true incentive to get the work done even earlier and quicker.
